• If a file link fails or the content is corrupted, notify us within seven calendar days. We will resend a clean copy at no extra cost.
• Duplicate purchases made within twenty-four hours may be credited once you provide both receipts.2. Physical merchandise
• You may return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within fourteen days of delivery.
• Start the process through our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.
• We will email you a return authorization number and the proper return address. Unauthorized packages will be refused.
